Justine Wonneberger, Daniel Wild

Daniel Wild - Member of the Board (CEO)

The graduate in business management and MBA Daniel Wild worked in private banking for the international consulting firm Mitchell Madison Group. As a founder of Ecommerce Alliance Services AG (previously getmobile AG) he has primarily been working since March 1999 in business development. Daniel Wild has an excellent network in the European internet scene. As a business angel he has founded or been involved in the early stages of several internet companies, including Shirtinator, Xing and Lokalisten. Daniel today puts as CEO the know-how he has acquired from this into Ecommerce Alliance.

Justine Wonneberger - Member of the Board (CFO)

Justine Wonneberger is a member of the Executive Board since 2012. She is in charge of the following sectors: Finance and accountancy, controlling, risk management and investor relations. Justine Wonneberger has been with the company since October 2007. She played a leading role in changing the legal form of Ecommerce Alliance plc to Ecommerce Alliance AG. Before that, Mrs. Wonneberger was in charge of finance at a group of medium-sized companies.

Tim Schwenke - Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The graduate in business management Tim Schwenke worked in electronic commerce for the international consulting firm Mitchell Madison Group. As an initiator and founder of Ecommerce Alliance Services AG (previously getmobile AG) he has been working since March 1999 in the areas of company organisation, finance, strategy, marketing & sales, purchasing, logistics and corporate management. As a business angel he has founded or been involved in the early stages of several internet companies, including JobTV24, Cadooz and Xing. Tim today applies as Chairman of the Supervisory Board the know-how he has acquired from this into Ecommerce Alliance.

Maximilian Ardelt - Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The graduate industrial engineer Maximilian Ardelt is one of the founding figures of the German mobile phone industry. As a member of the board at Preussag (now TUI) and from 1994 VIAG AG (now EON) he played an important role in the founding of many successful companies in this area, including Talkline and Viag Interkom (now O2 Germany) in Germany and other licenced MNOs in Austria (ONE), Switzerland (Orange) and Lichtenstein. After selling these telecom activities, he has in recent years been active on numerous supervisory and advisory boards focusing on ITC and science, including Tech Data, Funkwerk and CeweColor.

Dr. Nikola Deskovic - Member of the Supervisory Board

Nikola Deskovic reveived his Ph.D. from the Massachussets Institute of Technology in Cambridge, USA. He started his career at McKinsey and Company in Munich where he worked in the automotive and electronics sector as senior engagement manager. In 1999 Niko was cofounder of Scout24 AG and AutoScout24 GmbH for which he was COO, CTO and later CEO until 2011. Niko is cofounder and board member of several internet startups, such as Thinxnet GmbH and Tribescale Srl.

Dr. Jens Neiser - Member of the Supervisory Board

Jens Neiser received his doctorate (Dr. oec.) on an M&A topic. After positions as Head of Controlling of a mechanical engineering company and as partner of Boston Consulting Group he is leading his own company company in asset management, advisory of early stage companies and investment now for 20 years. In his roles as consultant and board member he accompanied numerous IPOs, both domestic and international. In addition he was advisor on numerous corporate acquisitions and trade sales. Dr. Jens Neiser is an active investor.
